Hello Mahjong enthusiasts!
Sparrow Mahjong Society is a mahjong club that focuses on the traditional tile game played in the Hong Kong style. We welcome players of all levels to join us. Improve strategy as a beginner or intermediate player or sit with experienced players for a game of masters. To participate you must first attend Mahjong Bootcamp 101.
Each date is limited in seating so we ask members to sign up only for the meets you can commit 3 hours to.
Our membership is $25/month in order to provide refreshments and monthly winner prizes as an incentive to improve play and create friendly competition.
Aside from the monthly scheduled dates, in the future we will open up evenings of open play with details to come.
Kim, founder and Mahjong Maven, offers group and private lessons for an additional fee when not at our scheduled meetups.
